In Your Poetic Mind

A Ramble of sorts~

~~~~~
{whatever fire touches  changes forever}
from   darker waters --
within   unhealed   hearts
of what I love since learning,
     I dream in color
different angels at my door
one by one they tumble
into a  deeper grace   resting in
beauty and creation
{perhaps it is time that matters}
       tender moments
when I stopped   trying to determine
how each line would unfold but--
how each line felt
dancing through    veins
like hungry roses
--
      until    petals
fell softly,     blending
in earth colors    where rivers
and sapphire winds    are woven with
   distillate   rain
along silk roads--
and whispers  fall
upon curves of the moon
--
    figures between
notes   bleeding  in
naked tunes  of harmony
   soft yield of silence
among   mountains
there are flames
standing    at the window
looking far south--
smoke flowers in fields
of orchids --
        {time can wear the soul down to}
outlines of    waves,
patterns of green
{perhaps it is time }
waiting
to be stirred
The ocean looks like a thousand diamonds strewn across a blue blanket
I lean against the wind pretend I am weightless and in this moment I am happy
Lauren, every word that you write is one you have felt, and in turn you have allowed us to feel it with you.  Always lady......beautiful...
Enjoy life, this is NOT a dress rehearsal.
stir until well mixed. . . serve in glass bowls. . .
hmmmmm. . . an interesting taste indeed. . .
love it. . . but, of course, you knew that already. . .
Lauren
Your poetry is like a lovely clear vase filled with water in which color is added and swirled.  Beautiful!
Amazing!  I see you have only gotten better in time, but this was absolutely as amazing as anything you write today.  A joy to read.
