Winter's coat of leafless grey
On gentle days of white
Trammelled in to cloak the sun
And chill the quiet night

A bird never flies so high that it can't hit the ground

(big hugggssssss) Oh Kristopher, this is beautiful, sweet friend, I love the autumn before the winter because of the smell of harvests and the nice comforting wind! (sigh) This is gorgeous, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Kristopher, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Nice work Kris.

Reminds me of my life, if I don't soon put in my firewood.

Kris, I love it. Another wonderful write. Once again, an immensely enjoyed read.

Do you read often? How have you built up your vocabulary?

What does "Trammelled" mean, my good man? I'm curious.

Another question I had for you: what imspired your style in writing? I love it, as do many others. It's unique, and fresh. What fueled/fuels it?

Sincerely,
Titus

Kris, short is good; your words create a lovely scene; I love it!  ...a nocturnal journey of life, silently stilled,
until, the dawn of light...
