Waterloo

The Lake called to you
that spring night,
floated into your open window
on stirrings of moonlight;
an irresistible lure.

Laden with rain and snowmelt,
she was swollen and expectant.
You rested on her banks,
mesmerized by her profound songs.

You spoke of this attraction before -
you had imagined her hands
reaching from the water,
and you almost fell then
into her embrace.

This is beautiful. A wonderful read.

There are a million messages,
in a million bottles,
you just have to know
which one to pull out of the ocean.

(big hugggssssss) Oh Corinne, this reminded me so much of the Lady Of The Lake back in King Arthur's Tales, how you can look in the reflection of the waters believing there is a magic reflection waiting to be cast! (kiss on cheek) This is wonderfully written, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Corinne, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton
