Looking in the mirror
I see myself staring blankly back
no emotions are present
I show no fear, no sadness, no joy
I show no happiness and I show no hate
all I see is blankness
this blankness is worse than all the silences
the type of silences that scare people
my mind is spinning
my expression blank
my heart fading away
and breaking into millions of pieces
that want to be put back together again
there are no horses and no kings men
this isn't a nursery rhyme this is real
the world is crumbling
turn things around and make them right
spread a smile across my face
take away the pain you caused
give me back all you took away

This is very sad. You expressed your feelings well. It was a bit painful to read, but I expect that is what you felt when you wrote it. Very nice write about some very dark feelings.

There are a million messages,
in a million bottles,
you just have to know
which one to pull out of the ocean.

Quite a heart-wrenching write Kellie...
I do hope things are okay for you now.
