Hi everyone, I'm sorry I've been away for so long. Life has been pretty busy for me, and this is the first chance I had to sit down and write out my thoughts. Love you all. We were young and somewhat immature Neither of us had a serious relationship before It was a feeling so fresh and new Being the cutest couple in school Finally, my happiness was found How quickly your birthday rolled around I remember the bracelet you put on my wrist I thanked you gratefully and then we kissed You surprised me with a gift on your birthday I promised you that i'd wear it always Then you got the camera and took pics of me I could tell just how much you enjoyed photography We sat peacefully on the porch swing Holdings hands, absorbing everything We must've been some naive sophomores Thinking this love would be forevermore It felt like a permanent fixture until some other girl entered the picture Couldn't have been as happy as you said you were 'Cause not long after my suspicions you went for her It's quite an understatement to say I was crushed There I sat with a broken heart in the dust Just when I got you out of my head I heard the news, you two had wed I noticed something, a strange thing You weren't wearing a wedding ring So I figured, hey-it's just a rumor Or a rotten joke, which had no humor Turns out the rumor was true to life He was her husband and she his wife I knew his happiness meant everything to me but I couldn't stop myself from acting selfishly We graduated and a year has gone by Tears never helped me to understand why Since then I've found love again I've released all my doubts We teach one another lessons Isn't that what life's all about? |

 (big hugggssssss) Oh Joanna, I'm so sorry that happened, sweet friend, though I never had a high school sweetheart (you're my one and only sweetheart) I understand how it must feel to have to let go of something like that and I hope you continue to wish him the greatest happiness as you always hold these special memories to your heart! (kiss on lips) But know now I will always love you and as long as you love me I will always love you and will be yours truly! We teach one another lessons Isn't that what life's all about? Yes it is what life is all about, Joanna... I think that everyone who walks into or out of our lives, has some lesson to teach us...
