On A Journey To The Unknown

It's Not Fair
The sun is shining bright outside
On this hot August day
While I sit here thinking about us
The problems that has come my way

I think about my Miss Daisy
Trying my best to hold back the tears
Who will take care of her
While he is out drinking his beer

Never thought it would come to this
He just doesn't seem to care
For me to be the one have to leave
I do not think is very fair

So many animals I will have to leave
I can't have all my animals in the city
It breaks my heart to have to say goodbye
None of them will I ever be able to see

It seems to me men never keep their word
The promises they make they never keep
My heart that has been broken once again
Many nights I can not even sleep

I always did my best to make it work
There is just no way I can do it alone
Drinking has taken full control of him
It's just not fair I have to leave my home

I strongly suggest you contact a local chapter of Alanon. It is a support group for people who live with alcoholics. There is a vicious triangle of abuser, victem and rescuer. You can learn how to break this triangle.I am a recovered alcoholic and know by expirence how hard it can be on every one envolved.Get help. You don't have to suffer.

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Sue, it is not fair at all for he should be the one leaving and being rehabilitated. (sad sigh) I too say to have the courage to speak out the troubles he has caused during this time and maybe they'll encourage him to stay away from your home until he is treated (sigh) My thoughts are with you, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Sue, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
