Quietly I walk the halls of blue
In search of a fair maid or two.
Silently I stand in whispered hush
hoping to find and bring to blush.

Lonely hearts reside in this place.
Tinted walls with mirrors and space.
Sound of the beat of passion’s call,
echoes of love within the hall.

Strolling on down to the next door.
Wishing to find love to explore.
Sensing the ear against the wall.
Listen dear hearts, tenderly all.

Then to a door left open there.
Spying inside silk flowing hair.
Might this be one maiden of night
Certainly to my eyes a sight.

Whispering softly at the breach
eloquent words of passion’s speech.
Suddenly then a head does turn,
causing a heart to thump, to yearn.

Join me love as I walk this path
to the clear falls of nature’s bath.
Take my hand as we stroll along
singing a tune, a sensual song.

I heard the step, and shadows dare
as my heart leapt, to show my care
a whisper'd word, are you still there?
I heard the step, and shadows dare.

Oh blue walls of Passion, please
draw my love's sigh in the breeze
and let him know that he may seize,
oh blue walls of Passion, please!

But lo, the steps now fall away
my head is bowed, what can I say?
'tis not our time, nor is it our day...
but lo, the steps now fall away...

Hello Barry

And you wonder why I call you the "King of Romance".......this is why.  You certainly made this maiden's heart skip a beat with your beautiful words of love.

Take care......Sue
