Into my life you slipped,
and saw deep within me.
You became a part of my life,
and shared my inner thoughts.

Your words sounded true and wise,
as they filled me with a warmth of a true friend.
The words you spoke helped me to heal.
Which took me to nice places I had forgotten.

Inner feelings of sorrow slowly drifted into peace.
Awakened from a world made not of reality.
Only to find your words were just words,
as caring not a part of your makeup.

Deep hurt filled me, for a friend turned so cruel.
Then to know it did not matter….
You had awoke me from the nightmares,
which set free the past terrors.

Sad, for you used me, as you have others.
The outcome for me ended in tranquility.
Now to have learned that life is not to fear.
Terrible is the waste of your special gift,

Let there be hope…you will awaken.
As many loved ones paid a price of hurt,
as their money one by one they quit giving,
and then no help you pushed them away.

A last tear I shed for you,
as now you are alone.
Many gave unconditional love,
never knowing the blackness inside.

Yet,no saddness for monetary lost.
The journey was well worth the price.
