My yearly birthday poem for my sweet grandaughter You are the star for which all evenings wait the dream of youth which time cannot abate You are the moon that shines through darkest night a child of beauty born of all that's right. You are the only love that does not fade an innocence such has never been made You are an angel standing at my side my love for you will never be denied. Today you're six and growing oh so fast I wish these precious years could always last. |
