The Rain Coming Down

The rain coming down
making the trees quiver
while pressed upon by heaven
makes my body kind of shiver,
as they fight to stay upright
as the branches rally strength
makes me think of friends
who with style and with grace
have helped me stand tall
when the rains came pouring down
thanks dear friends,
you're so nice to have around.

Aw, this is a beautiful poem and tribute to your friends

The imagery and feeling it leaves you with after reading..I dunno how to describe it..I love this poem

hold the umbrella when the rains come down.
