1
On the private beach of seclusion
In the tranquil turquoise waters of such free spirit
Life’s burden dissipates in the caresses of gentle breezes
In walks of contemplation, things gain perspective
In the turbulence of time’s life clock
Time here momentarily seems to have stopped adversity

In a swim of soothing meditation
The powder blue sky puts you in trances
Floating in a universe of intense reflections
Where you are cuddled in a mirror of possibilities
Elevated sprits soar on wings of rapture
Gliding in hypnotic revelations
Sending the fire into your being
To quell your misgivings

In a passion’s melt of creativity
The music’s hallucinogenic effect
Swirls in a whirlwind of sensuous notes
As words so intense come out
That your emotions are overwhelmed
In such a pride of accomplishment
Each line adding to the depth
Of the mountain’s echo
Reaching into the heavens of choruses

In a garden of aromatic wonder
The senses are revived
In special sculptures of pruned gardening
The weeds of mistrust are send into oblivion
In flower arrangements of tender care
Tranquility abounds
In the medicinal well being
Of putting together a masterpiece

2
In a Genie bottle a prayer would reside
A wish for eternal peace and serenity
Where war was a mad abstraction torn to shreds
Where people looked beyond physical looks
Into the core of individual self respect
And those with plastic looks are imprisoned
In a mirrored cell
Forever stuck to themselves

A place so special that thoughts can be expressed
With out fear of retribution
For we all come into this place so imperfect
That we are stunningly beautiful to the fault
Where those of perfection can be put on pedestals
With loud speakers facing themselves
With every increasing volume
Until they get bored with playing with themselves

The world would not have any handicaps
For our inner existence
Would ride on the clouds of imaginations
All merging with the same abilities
But with different voices
Individuality to the nth degree

3
Let the CEO’s be cloned to work against each other
Leaving their world in total decay
Claiming king of the mountain
For just one day
In another world of corporate greed
They have been banished in great disgust

Let those religious leaders that have so much faith
That they rape our children and our wives
Call us imperfect infidels or worse sinners
Who then forget to look back into themselves
Claiming another religion is corrupting us
On pulpits of halleluiahs and amen’s
Be sent to burn in their own words

This place would have no need for lawyers
Who siphon liberties into their pockets
Filing lawsuits of ill repute
Put them with the politicians
Who are so perfect
That they would vote for themselves
There would be no need for both of them
In this paradise that lies in self respect
Endless laws would not be needed
To cure recurring ills of legislation

In the end you would take the one
Whose spell over you is so simple
That they respect you for what you are
In the package dented by time
But loving so

Excuse me while this poet wanders the trails of my seclusion
To find the magical verse to hook the one that I really need
And the mind of you caring
