~* In Fairy Dreams *~
For Tori's 4th Birthday

~* Press to play Butterfly *~

I dreamt I caught a glimpse of you
bathing in emerald leaf’s crystal dew.
I sensed you tread this way once more,
with feathered footsteps on mossy floor,
lightly meandering to and fro,
sojourning here and there just so.

Ah, there, see?Tiny footsteps, tiny toes?
Dainty footprints on stem of rose.
Telltale hem smudges will tattletale
exposing your hiding place without fail.
I saw you shared in my beautiful rose?
Did the dust from the stamens tickle your nose?

Its intoxicating fragrance called to you,
I saw you sniffing the buds blooming too.
I often wonder if perhaps the fairies sneeze,
And that’s why fluff floats around in the breeze.
Each time I see a dandelion seed float by,
I think of magical fairies and I sigh.

With each new morning in the sun’s light,
I see that fairies visited me again last night.
So each new day I set out their favorite things,
Hoping they come again when evening sings.
There is nothing more wonderful for us to see,
than fairy signs in the garden left for you and for me!

~* Happy 4th Birthday Sweetheart *~

To the moon and stars and back again
that is how far I will love you forever!

Nothing means more to me than faith,
family and my friends.

Proud Canadian

Sharon,
What a lucky child. And what a lucky lady! Sweet...

If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.

You are all too kind on your comments and she had a fantastic birthday.  I just got home to see you comments and boy am I exhausted! Birthday parties sure are not what they used to be, Here are three pictures to show you they all had a great time.  This is the jumping castle, (a package that was complete with face painters, two clowns doing balloon animals, etc., and a juggler who did magic tricks), the guests, and of course licking the candles, which is the best part!
Thank you all so much once again.

Kids are sure adorable aren't they - such treasures.

This was absolutely adorable Sharon!  What a magical piece for Tori's birthday ... you bet it could be true, and I can just see you out there convincing everyone else it's true too!

Loved the pictures!

Best wishes and hugs,

Kit, we leave little broken pieces of jewelry out in the garden for the fairies before we go to bed - and guess what?  In the morning they took them!  So of course she believes, and I get less sleep LOL.

CKPoet - that came from her sniffing and getting yellow all over her nose and we laughed.  Yes I play all the games and then pay for it for days after hehe, but it is worth it.

Cathy, if I did not have these girls I would be found under A for antique by now honest!  They do keep my young.  Thank you.
