          RETICENT TO BELIEVE

In many shapes, the mind creates beliefs
        Beliefs shape the spirit
        that a soul trusts in

      Hand-me-down legacies from parents
from unresolved fears left as unattended weeds
Gifts of qualms from other's experiences
This is the witness of Salt pillars
who strives to convince his doubts
that truth is what he makes it.

      Eye-level with conscience
he ignores it: calling it 'Conned-science'
and listens to his fears instead.

'Someday' is a day he shall not know

      Guilt is self-punishment
        culled from farming moral ethics
even when fields have scant fertile soil.
        Conscience is the voice
that takes a lifetime to hear
          unless
        you are reticent to believe
        your own ears

Jeff darling heart this is exquisite writing, never do you fail to touch the soul of me. In fact I swear your wisdom is that which is written in the spirit and it takes your mind to bring it to light.

Utterly utterly perfect flow as always the writing is of course utterly divine and the phrasing cannot be bettered. Brilliant, mon cheri tu est formidable n’est pas. You know I love this don’t you? But of course I do.

I love it utterly utterly utterly

Love and warm stuff
As always
Mushy

Breathe through the heat of our desire
Thy coolness and they balm
Let sense be dumb let flesh retire
Speak through the earthquake wind and fire

BRAVO!!! Oh Jeff, this is wonderful and so very true, sweet friend, I truly believe the conscience is a confusing and trivial thing to understand fully yet we can control it as long as we are willing to listen to our own hearts! (big hugggsssssss) This is outstanding, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Jeff, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton
