I have a heat rash on my neck
It itches like heck
This is not comfortable
I hate heat rashes
They are so
Not enjoyable

Cold hands means a warm heart

I prefer getting sunburnt - on me, it turns to a suntan in a couple of hours.

Heat rash is a bad thing, and sometimes you think it will never go away.
