“TANGO FOR TWO”
by
Bill Charles
~~~~
Across the floor holding you,
dancing tonight of romance…
Palm trees swaying in breezes,
enchantment of your trance…
Gracefully across the floor,
warmth of you to behold…
Music churning in my mind,
loving you, I’m consoled…
Tonight ours of knowing,
dawn will come to continue…
Latin beat, feeling this inside,
never stopping, tango for two…
YAY!!! Oh my gosh, the tango is my favorite dance of all, the only thing I need is my dream girl Joanna to dance it with! (smiles) I always find this dance fascinating because it actually has been around since the early twentieth century when peasants settled around on Argentina with natives of African slaves who taught them their percussion melodies and they expressed their sorrow of poverty with that dance and how the dance originally was depressing but then after it became unpopular and the Romantic Movement in Paris gave it a renaissance, the whole meaning has changed to a romantic happy one, a pas seul between two lovers! (big hugggsssssss) May you always dance happily with your love, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Bill, thank you for sharing!
May love and light always shine upon you!
Love,
Noah Eaton
