I Have Waited All This Time

A love so true I gave to you
To hold inside within your heart
For my love for you never dies
From you my love will never part

It is as true as one can give
To have and hold forever more
My heart will always belong to you
Even though I may close the door

When we first met many years ago
Inside my heart I was so sure
It was a love I thought would last
A love that was so true and pure

There were many times I'd give up
Not knowing what else I could do
To make things right for us again
I did not want us to be through

To live on my own once again
I know is something I can do
Because I did for many years
A long time before I met you

To go through all we have gone through
I have never stopped loving you
Instead I have waited all this time
For you to love me again too

(big hugggsssss) Oh Sue, this is a little sad but so very beautiful, sweet friend, my heart goes out to you and I understand how painful it must had been for you to wait so long but I hope now you have all your heart deserves!
