another daylight moon dawns westward
uncommon wisdom knows the way the birds sing
and forgets just which way the wind blows
or that anything moved through the air at all
beyond the hanging on a thread of sand

when reflections are shattered
do we have to turn away from whatever we've
placed in front of our eyes as the mirror?
do we turn around and face a perceived reality?
do we look at the wall beyond the reflection?
or, do we just close our eyes until the
moon becomes the sun and stars shine in black?

palm trees kiss the sky that I've created
and the water falls just two feet in front of me
hands raised in supplication to whatever dayety
dawns in this twilight sunrise spectrum
there's the song again, coming from a place I've always known
perhaps this time, I'll find the harmonies
when I open my eyes and see

or, do we just close our eyes until the

Sven,
the images in this make me sigh. Did you deliberately misspell deity? If you did it's a cool play on words.

(big hugggssssss) Oh Sven, your words always mirror such wonders that can seem so opaque to us sometimes, sweet friend, this is excellent, I love it, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Sven, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

loner_23, thanks. . .

Temptress, thank you. . . twice. . . and yes, thank you for the words. . .

Tanya, what caffeine??  and don't tell me that it's not something that you've never done before. . . besides. . . it's good for your brain to expand like this. . . makes it much more fun to play with. . .

Keth, yes, yes I did misspell "deity" on purpose. . . good catch. . . I thought that it fit better that way. . . glad that you like it. . .

Noah, to mirror the opaque. . . now, there's an image. . . I'll have to play with that one for a while. . . thank you my friend. . .

Excellent writing, Sven, there's much to ponder here.

Take care,
