He is as the wind,
Gentle as a touch of a feather
on my face.
He is as the sun,
soothing, with warmth and passion,
He is as the moon
calming fears away in the pale light.

He gently moves my spirit
out among the flowers
among the grasses so green and sweet,
out from the dark shadows,
into the warmth of the light

Soaring above the mountain peaks
now a bird in flight,
dipping,diving and playing….
A bird, now flying free in the wind.

Welcome to Passions, Pegasus.  This is a wonderful entry into a new family of poet friends.  Look around, enjoy, read, write, and above all...have fun.

What is greater than " Freedom "
Really liked this alot. I could picture an Eagle flying free over the mountains.
I wonder if He is referring to God for He is everything.

A fine example of free verse: images that will evoke different interpretations according to the philosopical outlooks of its readers; effective repetitions; gentle, contemplative tone flowing from keen observation of life and living; confident style.

I liked it very much, more so because it soothes the spirit when turbulent and excites the intellect when dormant.

Thank you.
