Loneliness
A seemingly endless struggle
that at least one point in time
everyone is forced to endure
Affliction
A cancer eating away my heart
my days are spent in vain
praying for a miraculous cure
Closure
Is what I impetuously seek
as I attempt to close the book
intent to end this cruel nightmare
Screaming
In anguish while drowning in pity
I find myself standing on the edge
of a sea of emptiness and despair
Intrepidly
Shall I just dive in headfirst and
brave the unyielding elements to
conquer my inner fear to explore
Perceptive
I know each stroke I take toward
the horizon is blindly leading me
further away from the shore
Imprisoned
In a world with courage my shortfall
withering like a flower shielded
from the warmth of the sun
Harbored
Like a ship from the vast obscurity
until I hoist the rusted anchor
and my internal voyage has begun
Although
I tread water to keep my head afloat
for myself I can't help but ponder
what fate may have in store
Destination
Will I find a love I need to survive
or forever hold firmly on to that
emotional key afraid to open the door

Staring into the sun just makes you blind to what beauty actually exists in the sky.

(big hugggsssssss) My heart goes out to you, sweet friend, I understand this empty feeling so much but I know soon your dreams will breach upon the shores and you will find closure and clarity and comfort to always bask in! (sigh) My thoughts are with you, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet friend, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Thanx Noah, I wrote this after my wife and I split up, I was really lonely and had a lot of unanswered questions to deal with. I had to take some time before I could get involved again, but now my love life is greater than ever. I really feel like part of
a family here, thanx for making me feel so welcome.
