Sheep, sheep and sheep is all I hear And a longer time it'll be I fear Inspection season has come again I'm off at trips up North now and than My mother's off to see her niece I told her that I think she's mad To drive again that distance by car But she is stubborn and I know that Did I tell you I have a new car? A dinky toy van like the one before Nice shade of green and almost new Few mileage on, I've fun galore I'm counting down for September days I can hardly wait to see you all In seven weeks and few days I'll board And then right in Nan's lap I fall Then when I've seen Liz and Doreen I'll rail my way down to some seashore Relaxing on little fishing boats That's another thing I really adore I wonder how many will come to Tampa 1 Slick Lady has something to show me A lovely beach, so I'll sure go there I love the sea, it makes me feel free And right after I've come back They will be operating on my knee I didn't want them to do it now Too frightend that I would miss you see My miniscus has a tiny rupture It's ok when I don't do silly things It's wrapped in some constructive bandage So I'll just pretend I'll flow on wings My daughter Lynn has arrived in Toronto Next week they'll fly to Saskatoon city To play the World Championship of Softball I follow results online, that's pretty I love you, but you know that already Hope everyone has a nice holyday Seven weeks I've to wait before I see you It's hard, but I'll manage in some way  Like scattered leaves...my words will flow |

wish I could be there too, to meet other great poets from Passions must be wonderful. and when im on the road and seeing sheeps, it made me think on you Titia....your love for your sheeps speaks with every line. enjoyed your poem very much...and good luck for your daughter in Toronto. Loner 23, will we see you too in Tampa??? You live almost on the doorstep LOL, thanks Sunshine, I won't have my operation untill I'm back from the States, it's no big deal really, but it keeps you grounded for several weeks, so I play it safe. I'll be ok, and if not, there are chiropractors in the States too. Charisma, so glad to see you here again. I'm just a lucky gal I suppose, thanks my friend, keep writing your lovely tanka's.
