De Verse

You might think it's red
and I might think it's pink.
You might think it smells
and I might think it stinks.
So many different things,
we'll miss them if we blink.

You might say it's black
and I might say it's gray.
You might say it kneels
and I might say it prays.
So many different things,
we see in different ways.

You might hear a bird
and I might hear a word.
You might hear absurd
and I might hear it blurred.
So many different things,
if harkened, can be heard.

As poets we have found
vast dimensions to rehearse
so many different things,
We're very much de verse.

Noah,

Just had to express here a little grammatical ambiguity.  Poets are into de verse and we are quite diverse as well.  Thanks for the quote.

As a newbie in here, I find da verse diverse - so many styles, so many ways to express ones feelings, so many beautiful words, some happy some sad, what a cacophony of life there is in these pages.
Enjoyed your write, thank you.
Kind thoughts

John,

Oh, my gosh, yes!!!  Are we not so cacophonous???   I love your humor here!   As you remain longer here with us, I'm sure that the diversity of human kind here will certainly amaze, astound, and humor you my friend.

And diversity is what sets us all apart and puts YOU at a high level of esteem from your sincere concern and manner in which you bring light to us.  Wonderful to be reading your words again and of course, I always enjoy seeing you share your thoughts and perspecitives.  God bless~~

Mark,

We all have our diverse "lights" that we shine and share, my friend, through the medium that we have found here in these pages.  You have been blessed with a incredible talent to write and it is a blessing to us here as well to read your perspectives and to be challenged by the "diversity" by which your perspectives are presented.  Though it was through your challenge to present a poem in picture form that first brought us together, I am still challenged to reach a higher plateau of creativity as I read your poetry.  Thank you for sharing and GOD bless you.

Had to read "da verse" to see how diverse you were Bob!  This is GREAT!  How true.
