boneman shuffles his bravado
swagger walking some fixed way
long keys rattle frisson spill
grating blades for spineless pay

he stops beside the dance hall daughter,
lifts her sleeves and trys the key
it doesn't fit, she lives the night
he swashes on again to fill his need

on gravel music, the tracked man kneels
cooking stones on tin for his skin
tomb stone eyes with blind man gape
another key is tried, silence then sirens

"his spirit is lifted," the boneman japes

WHOA...from the dark side indeed...
some amazing words, and some grave imagery...

well done, Sir...

DS

You have a few keys...I'm sure they fit in many places.  Enjoyed this look at you.

The art of a poet and the poetry in the artist comes in many shades and you wear the shade of dark as gracefully as you do the oranges and yellows.  Excellent penning indeed.
