Smooth and creamy,
sweet,
it fills my mouth--
leaves echoes in my brain.
I never want to swallow.
Chocolate
Pudding
and Cool Whip.

You shouldn't swallow..I'm sure of it, most women I know never do...and besides...all those calories...

This sounds yummy, Nan....I think I'll have some for lunch.
You have made me very hungry for chocolate.

Toe, it's a female thing, the not swallowing I mean.

Paul, Thanks-I smiled as I wrote it.

Lyra, I like to spread the craving around, maybe that way there's less of it for me. Or misery loves company. Or something.

Nan darling heart, save some for me, and I’ll join you in your chocolate pudding. That’s one thing you’re guaranteed in Florida, chocolate will be on the menu. I don’t believe its legal to leave it off a menu is it?

I love this poem sooooooo simple but ohhhhh so descriptive. Wonderful writing darling heart simply wonderful. I love it utterly, but then if it mentions chocolate I’m guaranteed to love it.

Love and warm stuff
As always
Mushy

Breathe through the heat of our desire
Thy coolness and they balm
Let sense be dumb let flesh retire
Speak through the eathquake wind and fire

Marsha, I should hope chocolate is on the menu! Heavens, a weekend without chocolate would be unthinkable.

loner 23- Thanks! I've been enjoying the funny ones you write, too.

Noah, I try to spread it around.

Enchantress--how kind of you!

Deb-well, maybe cute enough.

Duncan, you passed pudding up, so you deserve to be without it now.
