standing on a shadow's lace

Suddenly

my heart
has just
bottomed out
tears stand
on the edge
of flood
cushions sit
on end
free breath
stops in hold
suddenly
my skin
doesn’t fit me
it seems
a bit
quite thin
my mind
doesn’t seem
to know me
and belongs to
someone else
