~The Tears of Clouds~

Clouds cry
on the flowers
deepening crimson's geranium face
lavender petunias glow purple with pride
against the lush of trees
slickened green by the artist's brush

dark days have a comforting beauty
as souls come weeping out of the shadows
along with the memories

the tears of clouds have reason
they paint the world shiny
washing away the sadness of yesterday
revealing the truth
and the beauty
beneath all being
~

Lyra hi there Thank goodness mum had Paul’s computer she could fall back on, I don’t know how she would have managed without it. Maybe now she will treat it a little better when it returns to her desk.

Wonderful writing I’m so glad I got the opportunity to reply to you, you are one of my favourite writers and I always enjoy your writing, and this is exceptionally beautiful.

Love and warm stuff

I feel the duality of emotions here - the feeling of sadness and that of comfort.  I deeply appreciate the meaning of these "Tears of Clouds" you've so wonderfully penned -- the tears that also washed away the sadness.

Comforting hugs to you, Lyra.

Lyra my dearest friend and writer of supreme wisdom, have you any idea how spectacular this poem is? No probably not since you entirely lack conceit, then let me tell you darling heart it is awesome, and no I am not just saying that. Naturally the rhythm is perfect and the flow is utterly utterly spot on. Your writing is never less than perfect sometimes however even I am amazed at the beauty you mange to weave through your words. This is simply perfect and I love it.

Whenever my soul needs guidance I simply dip into your deep pools of wisdom and my equanimity is restored. Wonderful writing as always your words sing to the soul.

Perfect writing darling heart absolutely perfect. Love and light darling girl, and my prayers are with you

Thanks so much, Nan...
I got up the other morning and it was raining. We haven't had rain in a long time and I just love rainy days, they make everything look so shiny.....
so, I had to grab my camera and take this photo.  Its a picture of our deck which is off our bedroom and our livingroom.
In the picture are some of the lovely flowers we bought, with our bedroom window in the background....

Thanks so much, Noah...
I think each season has it's own kind of beauty...just like each type of weather.
The beauty I see in summer is from the summer rains....I love when it rains in the summer...I even love the scent of it.
