Mom


A sweet lady we all knew
A lady so kind with eyes of blue

She loved her children and others to
This lady I speak of so dear to me and you

A heart of gold she had
A kind word to share with us when we were sad

Day after day always giving to those in need
Never asking for anything for this kind deed

Missed by us all we wish she was still here
In our minds her memory remains crystal clear

Through all the hurt and pain she felt
With a hug and smile your heart she could melt

Called Mom by those that Loved her so much
We all will remember her gentle touch

A stranger she never met
Always ready to give with no regret

An angel in heaven she must be
An angel in heaven watching over you and me

Her memory will always be
Right here in my heart forever with me

Oh Paul, this is an excellent and heartfelt debut, sweet friend, I a sure your mom will always love you so so uch and will be so lucky to have such a loving son like you who we are all lucky to befriend here! Paul welcome to Passions.  I know all to well how you feel since my own father only passed a few years ago.  Writing is a wonderful release.  Well penned.
