The color of our skin may vary
But we all bleed the color red
In the past there's been much hatred
Many tears and blood were shed

Let us not repeat history
Let's cast our hatred out to sea
We should embrace our fellow man
Regardless of what race he may be

Nobody in this world is perfect
We should learn from bygone years
Let's live in peace and harmony
And learn to face our fears

We are all capable of loving
So give a little from your heart
Extend your hand to another
Let's try a brand new start

I am in motion
I am blue
Love is an ocean
I'm anchored in you

(big hugggssssssss) Oh Sue, I couldn't agree with you more on these issues, sweet friend, we all bleed the same as anyone and I wish we can all understand that and bring peace to one another and begin hopes for a world of immaculate love! (sih) My thoughts go out to the world, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Sue, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

Wow, my signature is about the same subject

Hi Sue ~ If only! Seems no one wants to extend a hand to another these days and that's just sooo, sooo sad! Beautifully written and I hope everyone who reads this learns from it and reaches out to another. Someone HAS to make the first move.

Thanks for writing this! Hugs, Marti

Sue:  Great advice.  If only more people practised it!

This is a beautifully written poem which is full of wisdom.
We all do bleed the same color except for some of the descendants of the early settlers of this country who said that they were so exclusive that they had blue blood.

My first husband's mother's family is descended from some of the famous early leaders of this country and she always said that her blood was blue....I told her that she was probably anemic...
