   "He that troubleth his own
    house shall inherit the wind"
                          Proverbs 11:29

I apologize in advance
to my progeny
who will breathe the
gases left in my life's wake

and I'm sorry for the
fluids I discarded
in such thoughtless fashion
in your drinking lake

Mea Culpa that my flesh
decay and rotted
drawn and rooted towards
your carrot and your steak

and that future skies
my fossil fuels have blotted
meaning beauty will
be lost from your daybreak

My dear descendants
I feel regret even more
your inheritance
of pestilence and war

while remorseful
I am certain (yes quite sure)
that I did nothing
to leave things better than before

Could I interest you in a life insurance policy? I think they'd appreciate money, too!

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Richard, this is so very sad, sweet friend, we have indeed inherited the terrors of war and it saddens me what the younger generation will have to go through now! (sigh) My thoughts are with them all and I wish angels to guide them all, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Richard, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

You know Mr. Wells,
I am truly enjoying

Something tells me,
that's not quite true...
I believe you left more
than you will admit,
humble that you are...

Good write, Sir...
