Words poured from my welling
I could no more stop them
than I could loose my restraints.
I yielded as downstream they
tumbled to join the
masses.

The gushing has slowed to but a trickle.
Times of drought, now make me
measure each word
against its fluid ounces
and its need
to be freed.

Your words may not be welling forth... but they're worth waiting for. *S* I like this very much. *S*
