Glide cautiously over
this razor's edge invitation
dripping with sultry promises,

My heart is black

Painted the color of my
face, streaked with reds
& greens

I offer no guarantees
but this...
Sweet, the partaking
but bitter the after-taste
& as your soul bleeds,
will it be worth it?

Probably not but hopefully it'll at least make for a good story.  Good one, Tier.

Forgetting all I'm lacking
Completely and complete
I'll take your invitation
You take all of me
