hurry now sweet vixen dawn
hurry round my edges in jonquil gown
twist my night closed with amber nails
paint my eyes with your tangerine

spill on me just a bit of your citron
then your marigold to sting my squint
perhaps a taste of your phosphine
with the sear of tart suggestion

mark my skin with you madder reach
stain me brown with your mandarin panting
and with your burnt roman orange
darken my pale with baryta chanting

and when I am most exposed
will you bathe me, nymph morning
out in the open of your auramine
will you whisper indian yellow sounds

to my redfleshed rubicund

Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind.  Unknown

DS

The sun was making the sky pale as I looked, I tried to see the box you wrote from, but it must have come for your eyes only....and lovely it was!!

DS again another delight that caresses the senses with colour and light. Add the flash of fire to the mix and you have this wonderful vivid and incredible piece of imagery. Your writing is always exceptional I love it utterly utterly.

Loud applause from me and thank you for the softly whispered good morning star-shine to make the day burst into life.

I am late in replying to this sensually Xanthic write.. You give new meaning to sun rise..to whisper..and to blushing Mr. Dark. I enjoy listening to the Dark of you becoming very nearly prismatic. This sounds like whisper marmalade to me..

Regina;

sometime when the morning is just about here
you need to sit behind me on ol iron
and feel the dawn lady as she arrives
she would blush you in a lovely way, thanks babe.

Bluezy,
most of my colors are easily made out..well that way too I guess (grin) thanks for the wiggle by and wave, hope you saw the sunrise..(nah, you slept in ) thanks hon

Dang, you've done it again, you're obviously the brightest crayon in the box because this is a lush delight for the eyes! I knight you the king of imagery, you're just way too cool.  This one's a keeper~

Take care,
