A poem for a cyber friend who is struggling with things right now...

How I wish I could be there to help you
I wanted to say the right thing
I wanted to hope the right hope
Even pray the right prayer
I want to be there for you
I want to open the doors for you
I want to make the clouds leave for you
But alas. My friend I can only listen
I can only care
I can only offer you the energy of my heart and spirit
But I wish I could do more
I wish I had magical powers and could wish it all better
I would mend the heartbreak
And offer you all you wish for
I am wishing for you…

Hi Paul,
This is a wonderful outpouring of feelings for a cyber friend.  Sometimes all we need to know is that someone is out there and cares about us.
Well done!

Paul darling boy I love this, its flow is perfect. YOU darling heart always write well. Your friend is rich indeed since they have you ready to do whatever it takes to make them feel better. You are a very good friend and that thought alone must make them realise how lucky they are.

Wonderful writing this is utterly utterly wonderful

Breathe through the heat of our desire
Thy coolness and they balm
Let sense be dumb let flesh retire
Speak through the eathquake wind and fire
