I'm slowly disappearing
piece by piece of me
becomes transparent
non existent, incorporeal
overridden by the awe of you

My words have no substance
as the grinding melee called love
rides over my emotions
and crushes the hope eternal
within me

Do not steal from me
my covering of invisibility
for my eyes are attuned to the darkness
and my flesh is the fodder
for my dreams
- insubstantial as they are

Do not lead me to the light of you
for my eyes are wrung out from weeping
and my voice distant
from the need of you
my fingers are numb
from the touch of you

like a confection held
too long in the heat of your flame
I melt
I dissolve
I disappear

Let me go swiftly

Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind.  Unknown

Keth darling sister of my soul and keeper of the moons cool trace as always you write with such skill and wonderment and this is excellent writing from you. Exquisite flow and the words delicately placed like sparkling jewels this is utterly utterly spectacular

The internal pace of this is excellent, and I love it utterly utterly utterly love it. I’d write more but you’d only say it was hyperbole and it’s not. Wonderful writing and I love it

I wub you
Love and warm stuff
As always
Mushy

Breathe through the heat of our desire
Thy coolness and they balm
Let sense be dumb let flesh retire
Speak through the eathquake wind and fire
Oh

Well, if ultimately you will be let go, I would agree that swiftly is the best way.  But if not, if there's a chance in hell...go for it.
