They say to use his name
is something that is wrong
but I think their thoughts
truly just do NOT belong.

I have spent most of my life
believing in his mighty truth
my daddy taught me of his name
while I was still in my youth.

He has carried me through many days
that were filled with so much sorrow
he gave me strength to go on
and helped me face the coming ‘morrow.

It seems as though there are those
who cringe at the mention of His name
if they choose not to believe in him
it is not for me to hold them in blame.

For each person has their belief
even if it’s so I can not agree
but the cheek needs be turned
and they need to let it be.

You can not remove him
my faith you can not take
for I am never ashamed
I pray……in his names sake.

GOD BLESSED AMERICA~LOVE IT~OR LEAVE IT!!~

A beautiful poem . Such faith and courage.

Throw your heart out in front of you
And run ahead to catch it.

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Donna, I couldn't agree with you more, sweet friend, His name is one to always be respected, and I respect that not everyone follows His ideas, yet we should never eradicate or change what someone truly believes as His name is loyal as anyone elses! (kiss on cheek) This is soooooo beautifully touching, sweet friend, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Donna, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
