(Notes of a frustrated dieter) I'd like to eat pizza each day and donuts for breakfast also instead I eat health cereal Low fat cheese, and light bread, you know? I'd enjoy Sara Lee's dinner instead of lean cuisine delight I think there must be a plot here God made me taste fat foods just right. Oh, chocolate for snack would be good instead of my lame protein bars But if I did all that I want My girth would increase oh so far. |

  (big hugggssssss) Oh Sandra, you are never alone, I too have a tooth for junk food myself and I can't help it, but there are also healthy foods I crave too, like berries and such! (smiles) Try just letting yourself have some of that food you want, then find things you like also that are more healthier, then you will enjoy both the foods you like and you'll be eating healthy too to balance it out! (kiss on cheek) This is wonderful, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Sandra, thank you for sharing!  May love and light always shine upon you! Yo Cat.....I've had many morning's after where I had a slice of cold pizza and washed it down with warm beer......(You do know that beer is so much more than just a breakfast drink...didn't ya?) This is a good write....enjoyed.. |
