~A Thousand Voices~

The echo of a thousand voices
played across the darkness of my soul
as prayers from all across the world
converged to keep my spirit whole

the safety net to catch me if I fell
was woven from the love I felt from you
my friends, you have the truest, warmest hearts
you lit the spark of light to see me through

my gratitude can never be described
for your prayers with which I was so truly blessed
I believe that it was only because of you
that God was looked down and He was so impressed

though I know that words will never be enough
still, to you...I'd like to try to say
thank you all for holding my hand
on that frightening day
~

I think I speak for all who replied to "She couldn't find it" when I say: you are welcome, and we meant each and every word. Keep the ink flowing.

its amazing what one single word can do.

I have only been at Passions a short while and am overwhelmed by the love and support that the 'regulars' give to each other. Such a wonderful, caring and loving family of friends. I not only speak for myself, but for so many others when I say that your news made each of us smile with gratitude.

You are welcome and I am always close by if you need a hug or another prayer.
Love, Marti

Lyra darling heart oh my dearest friend my stars how utterly utterly wonderful is this write of yours. Utterly utterly one of your utter best.

How could any of us not utterly utterly adore you darling girl? Aren’t you glad I sent you the link? Mmmm? I am, you were an asset from day one and you became its heart very soon after. I love this love you and I’m so pleased for you. Did I not say all that time ago that I had an instinct about this? Mmmmm being positive is so important in the end result, and your positive attitude absolutely shines. HE always keeps HIS word you know.

Wonderful writing darling heart absolutely utterly utterly wonderful
Absolutely excellent I love it utterly

Love and warm stuff
As always
Mushy

Breathe through the heat of our desire
Thy coolness and they balm
Let sense be dumb let flesh retire
Speak through the eathquake wind and fire
Oh

Well I personally think that you would have raised one rucus if the answer was not what you and all of us expected, so you know that story right?  The squeeky wheel always gets oiled! LOL, you are going to be around for a long, long time, Mrs. Chipmunk, and I thank God for that!

It has taken great courage to go through what you have, and you kept in pretty good spirits throughout. I think God must have found that remarkable too, and decided to let you continue your dance through life. Words cannot express my happiness that all is well Lyra.

Can you imagine heaven's view
As our prayers soared e're higher
A worried chipmunk surrounded by
Her own poetic choir? *G*
Now we rejoice at your results
We're so glad for good news...
Now, Madame, as you thank us,
We're giving thanks for you! *S*

I would like to thank all of your for your very wonderful replies to my thank you poem.
Would love to answer each of you individually but I came home from the hospital with a nasty cold and laryngitis.  The cold then slid down to my chest and has been making me miserable with a hacking cough which has been keeping me up all night.
Now I have sore ribs and a backache from all of the coughing....sorry for all of the kvethching!
When I came out of the OR, my nose was running a marathon, but they wouldn't let me sit up because my blood pressure was too low...so all of that stuff went down to my throat and chest.
We had taken my grandaughter to her dance recital, 2 nights before my surgery...and thats probably where I caught this thing.  My immune system is still not recoverd from all of the treatments yet.

So.....I just want to express my appreciation to all of you, not for just replying to my poem, but also for holding my hand through this terrible ordeal.
We should get the results of the pathology report next week....and I am nervous about that, but not as nervous as I was about this.

Thank you and I love you all.

~ loving hugs to all of you
