Coached For Special Delivery

This is a poem of what a coach might think sending their pupil on their personal conquest.

Coached

Cry into my Arms of comfort
But I can not help you on your climb
For the intensity of it
Involves total dedication
To your independent accomplishments
Your goal is for you to reach
In the extremes of your endurance

Cry into my Heart of compassion
My tears must inspire you
To continue on you’re chosen quest
For the scars of life
Must sometimes be earned
In the pain of battle

Cry into my Mind of committed respect
Of your sweat producing accomplishments
In the sheer steel will inside
You will carry forward
On your own path, in your own way
For you have learned to use all of your abilities
In the strength that will represent your future
In the frame of a unique mind
I send you special delivery

Special Delivery

I do this with my stamp of approval
I have nurtured you in pride
Now you must envelop yourself
To be delivered to a higher ground
Where you’re inner existence will be opened
With the exhilaration of delivering your possibilities

Wow! these are encouraging words, I especially liked the special delivery at the end.
