(Me and my sidekick Nancy wrote a couple of lovely duets together, this is one of them! I hope you love it, Nancy is magenta and I am blue! YAY!!!)  Friends Forever By: Nancy Lee and Noah Eaton 6/24/02 Don't give me your money Just lend me your ear Share a thought that's funny... Care with a loving tear Needless to say we should bargain When you're all I need to bargain for Your smile is all I need for auction From your face that I adore I'm not here for charity, I only wish to spend Time together, and to see My true and cherished friend. I am no superhero or a thing you worship But I do possess the power to make you happy Whatever you want to be, just come out of the closet Whatever you wish for, I will be by your side cheering We should not only get together When there's nothing else to do... But make the time, whether We are busy or are blue. We don't need to spend anything Just a nice game would be nice to pass the time Chinese checkers, go fish, maybe Parchessi Or just a nice long chat would be a delight... So, please hold on to this thought... And, like gold keep our trust You're the best friend that I've got, Don't let our friendship rust. Every day you are porcelain With you skipping beside me joy never ends Together we will always hop-scotch to ten and win I will always be blessed to be your true friend A true friend to the end...
