I find that there is a struggle within which attempts to deny Soul.  It is a struggle of unbelief in God.  This battle can be explained as thus...a rational forward momentum, with all its factual irrelevancies, and a radiant intangible presence that trembles with fragile inconsistency.

My choice will be the fire I feed.

This rational world is far from it.  It denies reason by any measure.  Rationality is really a routine stupor-inducing mindset which seeks to stifle creative endurance.  A rational mind does not believe in the existence of God.  God is energy in the form of ideas.  Rationality always destroys ideas.  This is an elaborate lie to deny a truth “too good to be true."  This mindset dominates TOO MANY people and parades reason on the backs of humans degraded as powerless sheep. The lure of a muddled, rational view is that it creates a security blanket that shields you from an irrational world.  Rationality is nothing but a hollow facade of reason playing with supposed truths.

An epiphany is a sudden intuitive perception or insight.  An epiphany is faith felt.  Perception is the only thing that can override a rational system.  If something is observed in all this flawed glory, it’s plain to see all the faults and pitfalls.  It’s also possible to see solutions to these terrible injustices.  Solutions are answers gained through insight.  In truth, insights are always intuitive because they require you to take what you see and apply it to what you do not see…yet!  Faith is the belief that your insight is correct.  Belief is energy, an idea.  An idea is God.

Within the struggle, I created an epiphany.  My fire will always burn ardently.  The flame will be impassioned.  For it’s a luminous reminder of faith held in a dying rational mind.

i don't know what to tell you...to me, faith
is believing in something you can't see or touch. something powerful...which is exactly what your piece is.
i don't know, i guess we all have faith in something, but faith does make you think.
thanks for writing about it.

Faith - A subject not to take lightly; I'd like to give my views on this one, but I'd rather not become a villian in the eyes of everyone else ! ... I will only say that this piece is inspired, I agree with much of what you say ... my main disagrement is that you almost try to knock faith when your piece in itself is Faith is it not ? - If you believe in it and it is a factor in the way you live your life then I can only see it as a personal faith . Nice work though .
I like the fact that someone else would feel this way strongly enough to write in the way you have on the subject .
Many thanks . Tom .

Beliefs are thoughts about something.  Faith is raw energy.  That's the only way I can explain it.
