~ 4444 ~

4 is a number of 2 times 2
4 is a word I write 4 you
4 is a moment of my folklore
4 is a number a chipmunk just scored

the numbers line up, so neatly in sync
4 4's in a row, how very distinct
how did I ever reap so many
the posts keep on adding, how very uncanny

I meant to post this at 4444
but got carried away replying once more
so now I have an extra post
added on to the 4's of which I boast

4 kitties in a basket, I'll stay far away
they're sure to wreck a chipmunk's day
~

Not only cute but also a delight to find such a cheerful piece.  You can bet I will be back to read more especially when a smile is the order of the day.  Well done.

down long enough to take advantage of a

gone now for all time...OH WWEELLLL.

Love this poem....even if it is 4475, and
not 4444.....

Thanks so much for your reply, Dixie...
These are not my kitties.
I love them, but after having raised 2 of them, both of whom sprayed in the house, I retired from being a kitty mom....at least for a while anyway.

Thanks so much, Muys...they are cute kitties but they aren't mine...just a picture I got from a website.
Can you imagine a chipmunk having a pet cat?

I had my surgery on Monday...and they couldn't find any trace of the cancer anywhere, but they took tissue samples and will send them to pathology.
I'll get the pathology report back next week, and until then...I'm not officially in the clear.
I'm still worried and will be nervous for a couple of days before getting that report.

Here is the link to the poem I wrote about the results of my surgery.
She Couldn't Find It!!!
If you click on it, it will take you right to the poem...which describes the wonderful thing which happened that day.

~ lots of hugs

Thanks Nancy...it was funny how I was intending to post it at 4444, and ended up doing so at 4445 and then somehow, that got incorporated into the poem....
I guess my muse was having a good day.
