Aphrodisiac

I thought an aphrodisiac
The sacrosanct of what I lack
To be that sense of fantasy
To taste the tea of ecstasy

And rose among the colored lights
Danced and kissed away the night.
Sand castled on a beach of sand
A lover in a dreamers land

Gifted from a spirits you
Abstracted from the flowers dew
Fragile as the mist of morn
And held you till the break of dawn.

The wonder of a wily wile
The product of a lover’s guile
The helium of minds alas.
The honey of the common mass

A phantom twisting into bend
The pleasure of a wished for end

Goodness, chocolate in one read,
helium in another...
sounds like a floating type
of summer day...

you are all causing all day smiles here...

Seymour darling boy This is perfectly divine poetry, it flows like liquid light, this is the very essence of your soul, distilled into drops of wonder which cascade over my mind. Filling me with utter utter delight. How do you do this? You keep writing such perfect poetic wonders that fill my soul with such sweetness? I feel your writing in the deepest part of my soul darling boy and it’s as always magical. MMMMmmm good morning Seymour so lovely to greet you at the dawn of your day, have a great one.

You know I’m going to say that I love this utterly, outstanding writing as always YOU are a fabulous writer and this is utterly utterly perfect.

Love and warm stuff
As always
Mushy

Breathe through the heat of our desire
Thy coolness and they balm
Let sense be dumb let flesh retire
Speak through the eathquake wind and fire

Ahhh Stinkylove you make me smile with your dreamer's wile...there are so many poetically pure phrases and word play in this...so many images done with your gift of subtle and vocabulary kissed with cadence...
those verses above are poetry in motion ...
your rhymes are my notion potion
Gifted from a spirits you
Abstracted from the flowers dew

how cool is that line...
how cool is the poet that wrote it. *S*

*holding up me mug of tea to you*

Dark Stranger,
It has to be potent.

Enchantress,
Good morning sweet, :squeeze;

Keth,
Take a wile each day and call me in the morning.

Sandra,
Same perscription as Keth.

JM,
Thank you my ethereal love. You hand me roses each morn as I write in the dawn.
