I hate being overweight
I have never been the right size for my height

I have tried every diet
But nothing works
My genes must be messed up
Or off track
This hurts my back

I hate being overweight
But that is gonna be something I deal with
For the rest of my life
Nothing I can do
When I tried every diet old and new

Cold hands means a warm heart

ooooohhhhhhhhhh - please don't give up.

If you hate something, it own's you.  What you need is to start loving yourself more, dear.  You have a beautiful face, and from what I've read of your poetry (even the one's I haven't responded to), you have a marvelous sense of humor - that will take you far - humor, that is.

Fad diet's don't work.  Learning how to eat right, drinking lots of water, and getting regular exercise will work.

Take care of yourself.

Julie...is that really you, in the picture?
that pretty young woman doesn't look overweight to me...unless you are carrying it ALL down below...

I think that in my lifetime I have probably lost and gained hundreds of pounds...
and I have found that exercising is much better than dieting because it turns your fat into muscle and that raises your metabolism...

try some...and get into good habits while you are young....

I know how you feel. Ive tried everything to lose weight and nothing worked.
Finally when I stopped trying to lose weight thats when i began actually losing...I think its because of the hectic 3-11 job i took on.
You look fine, you really have nothing to worry about, and whoever doesnt like you for you is not worth your time sweety

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Julie, I'm so happy people have treated you so cruelly, sweet friend, I think you are beautiful just the way you are and never let anyone hurt you, for it is the heart that matters most and you have a beautiful heart! (sigh) My heart is with you, sweet friend, you look just fine to us all, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Julie, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

In my experience, being overweight just means you're never caught wearing the same clothes as everyone else, and that's a good thing. Actually, there's a store up in the cold, far reaches of (gasp) my country, Canada, called Addition-Elle that makes THE coolest things, and it's all 14+. There is justice!
