I watch you climb above my eyes
you are variegation colors
of beryl blue and cobalt
you hover at my mouth smile
as evening star vesper
you are sapphire and ultramarine
I listen to the sounds of you
moan sigh fabric rubbing wind

I am monks cloth under doeskin
you are wandering moon cashmere
mistress of melancholy in vapor weft
coquette of heaven some shelley has versed
butterfly with thigh wings winded on
sheets of indigo silked with white fire
you are the dresden color, the isamine
crepe de chine in governess of flood dance

we laugh loud together quietly
the tweed of your fingers stirs my steeping
my hollow man is dampened to viscid humidity
I am moorland on  mountains of  tomorrow
like sheets of silk covered rorulent with slick
you are blot paper inkless waiting to parch
a huntress of the silver bow in watery recline
I am animal skin shivering slight moments whisper

in morning we will seep between ourselves
we are as glass eye songs then .......

Amazing..
I lean forward...
into the words...
so as not to
miss one syllable...
not one delicious drop
of Dark's morning.

DS...very awesome!

Reading this was a bit like drowning and flying at the same time.  I think I must be on sensory overload.

oh man.........................

poet sir with all the due respect you know I have....
you need to change the title to
"moon of sigh"

have mercy.......me thinks me needs a cigarette and me dont even smoke rofl
DS this is outstanding....most impressive imagery and vocabulary...once again your verbiage takes the reader to the limits and titillates all our senses...very very cool write...this one goes in me library for future eye sighs

Dark,

Every time I read one of your works,I am stunned.

Most compelling imagery, you seem able to impose your will upon the language, your obvious command of a most impressive vocabulary is not a tool that I own.

I envy few, you have made a very short list.

Thank you for this work.
