I decided to climb a tree
Just to have some fun
And to see
The world from a new height

I kept getting higher and higher
Until I reached the highest branch of the tree
I heard the buzz of a bee

I looked up to see a bee hive
At least five hundred bees going in and out
They go out for pollen to live
The little bees begin to pout

I hear the chirp of a baby bird
I look down the branch and see a nest
I see the parents fly back to rest

Clouds of gray roll in
The lightning crashes
The thunder claps
The rain begins

I climb out of the tree
Run home in the rain
Thinking of all the beautiful animals I saw

Cold hands means a warm heart

Nothing like stopping and smelling the roses,
so to speak...

Thank you for the wonderful image you painted
for us to see..
