Criss Crossing Reveries

No wonder he’s behind
My words he just read
He is playing catch up
I’m always a day ahead

Heart texture brightens
In threading ones way
A silver moon weaves
To the gold of the day

Better  late than never
It had often been said
I was spinning dreams
He  picks up my thread

Upon every silken trail
Uplifted we transcend
Criss crossing reveries
Day and nights blend

Sounds like you're hard to catch up to!
This is very nice.  Love the last verse!

HopeS,
This is a poem in itself.
"I was spinning dreams
He  picks up my thread"
Delightful read.
