I am Ready There has been a strange stir of emotions within my soul. I met a man, could he be the one to make my heart whole. If I give him my heart will he promise not to break it, If I gave him my love would he be willing to take it? I have given before with wretched results, I am willing to try if you are willing to help. I have fears within love that can not be tamed easy. I need you to want me, hold me, and squeeze me. It has been a long time since I felt any emotions but this time I am willing to give my loyal devotion.I wish there was a place with no broken hearts, a place to leave loneliness and have a new start. I want to love again so unconditionally but I have been hurt before and my heart will not let me. So here ismy love the offer is on the table, take it or leave it. But just know I am ready so when you want me come get it. Kristin |

i think you got your feelings out very well. the title fits very well with the emotions in the poem. well done. it's our struggle for identity that leaves us all unknown |
