Beneath the petals of the rose-- I find reprieve from whispered fall... beneath the petals of the rose ears of trust listen to all... Velvet shelter from the rain-- shade from sun's burning the pain... A petal of a blanket--sweet... the thing that stops the you from "me." Sub Rosa... holds my secret sighs... sub rosa? Death shall tell no lie. |
