For my youngest son.

I have a son
a good caring child
spontaneous...
full of lifes radient energy
he often warms me
in his glow
Sometimes... I scold him
for his inate
"flexibility".....
"Organize yourself, I tell him,
Learn your responsibilities"
he apoligizes,
hugs me,
says he'll try harder,...but
he and I both know
that for now
his only purpose
is to be
freedoms child
and that's
the way it should be.

I have a daughter just like your son. I do think she is getting a little better, though. And, she has a heart of gold.
