Renewing

My body sits beneath a tree
My mind flits over greenery.
A flying spirits power muse
Intoxicating as good news.

It hovers o’er some blossoms fair
Selecting with the greatest care
Impressions of symbolic core
To open up the wisdom door

And in the sunlight I can see
The magic of a golden key
Sipping nectars common bail
Simple truth that fills the grail

I drink in all the colored hews
To fill the essence of my muse
Stirred with stamens yellow snow
Just waiting for the wind to blow

To act a midwife in it’s strife
And bring to us another life.

Good morning Seymour,
A scintilating good write to start the day with. It's amazing what nature can teach us if we only watch and listen.

you do know how cool those analogies, metaphor and images are dont you?
only you with that mind of poetic waaaay cool could come up with the idea of "stirred with stamen's yellow snow" and "act as a midwife"
As always, your wit and word play teach us...with out ever preaching to us.
Must mean youre a poet, huh? *L*

JM,
You made my morning. But then you always do.
Tink did you get my Email last night? I'm asking because you always shoot me back an answer. I always worry about saying the wrong thing and I am so clumsy some times I trip over my own feet. I know you have a busy life but after all you are my Tinkerbell

Seymour darling boy this is utterly utterly wonderful. The feel of this is soooooooo gorgeous, it feels as light as air and as gentle as a butterfly. I can feel this dropping into my soul with silent wonder, leaving me breathless and delighted. As ever you thread the day with beads of glittering dreams and leave it lying there for me to find.

You know somewhere inside your pen there’s some magic dust because if there weren’t you’d never fill the pages with pure delight time after time. I love this utterly utterly it is purely YOU alive and vibrant quivering with vivacity and I love it utterly utterly love it

Love and warm stuff
As always

Keep drinking deeply, Seymour. *S* Your muse is obviously happy with the consumption... and we're happy with the results! *S* This is wonderful!

SY!  I found you!!
Not that you were lost...I was, kinda.
Took me till an hour ago to figure out
everyone had moved on to Open 21!
Therefore I didn't get
my morning read from my Sy!
But...I'm here now and I can exhale..
and tell you how much I love this colourful piece.

this read nice, but my brain didn't pick up what it's about. now i could read the other responses and find out what "others" think it's about, but i'd like to hear it from you.

thanks seymour. my curse is prevelant at every turn. i seem to be unable to see anything the way anyone else does. and though this gives me a truly unique perspective on existance, i rarely can make sense of what other people mean when they express themselves in writing. at the very least, i find myself unwilling to guess or figure out what another person intended to convey, so i ask.

Wormways,
Common symbols are very hard to find since each person forms his or her own. One of the mysteries of life. Thanks again for the read.
