Here is probably the most well known of Australian Poems it's by A B Patterson called "The Man from Snowy River."
Kethry, sorry hon, thought it best that I remove the poem now..
Truly friends, "The Man From Snowy River" is an Aussie classic. We all grew up learning the poem and reciting it in primary school. Which was a feat considering it's length!! LOL
There are some great songs that have come out of Australia too.
"This Is Australia" forget the artist,
"Down Under" by Men At Work
"Great Southern Land" by Icehouse
and of course many great movies and poetry too!!
